Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

AIGILITY collects only the data necessary for service operation:

  • Solana wallet addresses (public on-chain data)
  • Token mint addresses submitted for analysis
  • Session data for authentication (when applicable)
  • IP addresses for rate limiting

2. On-Chain Data

On-chain information (balances, transactions, pools, fees) is public data on the Solana network. The Service reads this data — it does not create or control it.

3. What We Do Not Collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases
  • Personally identifiable information (name, email, phone)
  • Telegram message content beyond commands directed at the bot
  • Third-party tracking cookies

4. Storage

Operational data is stored in a local database on the server with restricted access. Public audits may be shared via link — they do not contain usernames, internal contacts, CRM notes, or payment data.

5. Data Sharing

AIGILITY does not sell or share data with third parties. RPC connections are made to public Solana network endpoints.

6. Data Retention

Audit results are retained for operational purposes. Session tokens expire after their validity period. You may request deletion of your audit data by contacting us through the Telegram bot.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
