Terms of Service

Version: 1.0 — Effective November 2026.

1. Service

AIGILITY ("Service") is a revenue diagnostics and operations infrastructure for supported Solana protocols. The Service identifies eligible sources and prepares collection and distribution transactions.

2. Non-Custodial

The Service does not store, control, or sign transactions with client private keys. Every on-chain operation requires the explicit signature of the wallet holder.

3. Setup Fee

The 2 SOL setup fee is a one-time payment per configured token. It covers Gateway deployment within the published scope. There is no monthly subscription, SLA, or guarantee of financial returns.

4. Scope

The Service exclusively operates revenue from supported and validated protocols. Native collection functions of the underlying protocols may exist independently of AIGILITY. The audit reports the observed on-chain state and does not constitute financial advice.

5. Limitations

The Service does not guarantee continuous availability, revenue amounts, or the success of on-chain operations. Transactions depend on the state of the Solana network and the protocols' programs.

6. Data

On-chain data is public. The Service does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for operation (wallet address, configured token). See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Revenue Split

Collected revenue is distributed as 80% to the client and 20% to AIGILITY infrastructure. Pro-client rounding applies (floor on infrastructure share). The setup fee is excluded from split calculations.

8. Disclaimer

AIGILITY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Service is not responsible for losses arising from on-chain operations, protocol changes, or network conditions beyond its control.
